Hot Yoga Part II, FEB 14th @ 1:00 PM - Join Michaela for Part II of her Hot Yoga Workshop. She'll start with Balancing Stick Pose and continue into the floor series of our Bikram Hot Yoga class. Beginners that have attended at least one class and advanced students will both benefit from this Workshop.
Yoga for Runners, MAR 8th @ 1:00 PM - Join Ellen for a Workshop that will focus on strengthening the core muscles to improve your running form and increase endurance. Whether you jog 3 miles or run marathons, you'll benefit from this workshop.
